We will work together to root out sources of pain and discomfort, we will increase your range of mobility and also maximize therapeutic relief for a requested targeted area or a full body experience to ensure a wonderfully effective session. Your time on the table will be a full hour. (There is some work which is more strenuous than others for your therapist, but you can be sure your session will be a minimum of 45 minutes.) Your appointment is blocked out for 2 hours so we are able to properly prepare and ensure your experience is the best. You may arrive at your appointment time. (There’s no need to arrive early.)

Using integrative techniques I’ve learned how to effectively provide relief of chronic stress, tension and pain using different modalities and massage types like Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Sports Massage, Lomi Lomi and others may also be applied should a need be presented.

In order to get the most out of each session, take a quiet moment to consider how you want to use your time with me during your next session.

We will work together to root out sources of beliefs and also discover core values and some decision making processes in order to have a powerful and effective session. Our session is going to be about 45 minutes or longer. Your appointment is booked for 2 hours so I am able to prepare and follow up properly. At least 4 sessions are required in order to establish enough rapport and understanding between us which will allow the most powerful results, satisfying what you need most.
